On Oct. 10th-World Day Against the Death Penalty, The Miami-Florida European Union Center of Excellence, FIU College of Law, and the Consulate General of Italy will welcome the European Consuls General in Miami, the US Coordination Washington Team of the British NGO-Reprieve, and FIU College of Law experts to discuss European and International Perspectives on Capital Punishment.
